I am currently pursuing a Business Administration and Real Estate degree at the University of San Diego, with a specific emphasis on Marketing within my business studies. My academic journey has involved exploring various aspects of business, from the fundamentals of marketing to digital marketing and public relations, enabling me to narrow down my area of expertise while still acquiring essential management and finance skills. I have also proven to be proficient in my writing ability, and express a sincere enjoyment of it.
Over the past four years, I've experienced tremendous personal and academic growth, culminating in a newfound passion for my field of study. I am committed to my academic excellence in addition to real-world experience, as further detailed in the subsequent sections below.

In my scholarship essay, I explored my past, present, and future self, and how it relates to real estate. I articulated my mission-driven values and my commitment to making a positive impact in people's lives through the industry. I showcased my dedication to both understanding the financial and human aspects of real estate, aiming to be a catalyst for positive change, particularly in affordable housing.

Internship with Sequoia Realty Company

My responsibilities included launching the company's online brand and creating marketing materials for various property types. I also gained valuable real-world experience by participating in property visits, inspections, open houses, and in-depth property research. This hands-on role significantly contributed to my education by providing a practical understanding of the overall dynamics of the residential real estate industry as a whole.
